4. Shipping Address & Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure that your full delivery address, city, and active mobile number are entered correctly during checkout.

  • Our courier partner will make delivery attempts at the provided address.

  • If a parcel is returned to ZIRQASH because of an incorrect address, incorrect contact information, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive their orders.
